Filmmaker, producer and composer. Founded We Engage Agency in 2015 and has spent the decade since getting people to say the true thing on camera.
Before the agency there was broadcast — Fox, CBS, ABC, BET, Comedy Central. Fast turnarounds, other people's formats, and the particular discipline of making something work when there is no second take.
He studied African American Studies at UC Santa Cruz, with a minor in Electronic Music Production and Sound Synthesis. That second half isn't decoration. The same ear that shapes a piece of music is the one that hears where an interview actually lands.
What that adds up to on a shoot: someone who has run the whole thing before — camera, edit, sound design and crew — at Fox, CBS, ABC and BET before doing it independently for the last decade.
